Middlesbrough Amateur Swimming Club operates from its main base in The Neptune, In addition we also have pool time available at The Rainbow Centre - Coulby Newham. The club coaches swimmers of all ages and abilities. Our members range from non competitive swimmers who wish to maintain their fitness, to National Squad members who compete at National and International competitions. New members are always welcome, although you must be able to swim 100m and have an understanding of all four swimming strokes.
